Booking a blood test

Our Phlebotomy clinics, for patients registered with a GP in St Helens, Knowsley or Halton, use an online booking system for patients over the age of 16.

Please Note - Blood forms must be brought to the appointment.

• Having a Paediatric (Child's) Blood Test information leaflet
• If you are booking an appointment on behalf of someone else, please ensure you enter the details for the person who requires the blood test.
