Challenge 100: 100 miles your way for MWL NHS Charity

The Trust’s charity, MWL NHS Charity, is inviting people across the region to step into spring with a brand‑new fundraising challenge designed to get everyone moving. ‘Challenge 100 – 100 miles your way’ launches this March, encouraging everyone of all ages and abilities to complete 100 miles over the month in whatever way suits them best.

Whether it’s walking the dog, running local trails, cycling, swimming lengths at the pool, or mixing a few activities together, every mile counts. Participants can spread their miles throughout March and tailor the challenge to fit their lifestyle, fitness level, and personal goals.

By taking part, supporters will be helping to raise important funds for their local NHS hospitals. Participants can choose to support a specific fund close to their heart or allow donations to be used wherever they are needed most across the charity.

Registration is completely free, and everyone who signs up will receive a fundraising pack to help track their progress and stay motivated throughout the challenge. As a thank you, anyone who raises £25 or more will receive a free MWL NHS Charity T‑shirt to wear with pride.

Challenge 100 is a chance to get active, feel good, and make a meaningful difference for patients and their families across the region.
