Workforce Monitoring

The annual workforce equality data report provides a snapshot of the Trust’s employee profile by age, disability, race, religion, sex, and sexuality. Various data splits are provided including headcount by Trust, bank and lead employer; substantive workforce by staff group and pay band, as well as new starters, and leavers.
